• Effective blog and creative writing, good communication and writing skills in English

• Experience to run social media campaigns, interactive social media management, etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handling daily communications and admin emails, as well as assisting top management in daily corporate communication

• Handling the different social media pages

• Preparing posters/posts for social media pages as well as certificate designing

• Designing and preparing monthly, quarterly, annual reports and different types of project reports

• Creative writing, blog writing as well as the preparing quick press releases

• Short video making and video editing skills will be involved.

2. Business Development / Fund Raising Manager

Location:

Qualification:

Masters with an MBA or an equivalent degree.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary business development/ fund raising manager for long-term and high-potential donors – Corporate CSR, Foundations, and Individuals.

• Design and implement a systematic fundraising strategy to raise CSR funds from potential partners.

• Handle business development through acquisition, development & stakeholder management of corporate partnerships through fundraising.

• Support the Business Development team in setting up centralized engagements, sourcing and creating high quality engagements across regions.

• Exposure to Government Liaisons, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Institutional Sales in the social/environment sector is an added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Meeting corporates clients, Govt. officials, volunteers’ groups for project development

• Leading carbon, water, energy, waste audit projects which will include gathering data on-site, analysis and calculation, report writing and presenting the same to clients etc.

• Conducting research and making presentations on various environmental topics and presenting the same.

• Administrative tasks.

• ESG Knowledge and Skills

Applicants should be:

• Enthusiastic and committed to the environmental cause.

• Having smart leadership qualities and passionate for work.

• Good at computer skills – AutoCAD, MS Office -PowerPoint, Excel.

• Ready to work on field in tough conditions and frequent travelling

• Efficient written and verbal skills in English and local language to communicate with top corporate and govt officials

• Co-ordinating with a partner and executing the projects tree e.g., Plantations /water conservation

• Managing and overseeing the project events (e.g., volunteering, inauguration) with partners.

• Making reports for each project site in coordination with corporate partners
